Fernando Rodini serves as an Engineering Director for Qualcomm´s Engineering Services Groups where he leads the engineering activities in Latin America with focus on the south cone.
Fernando joined Qualcomm in 2008 as a system engineer. Subsequent success in both engineering and project lead activities led him to management positions that enabled him to play a key role in helping numerous wireless operators across Latin America to successfully deploy, manage and maintain UMTS and LTE networks.
Prior to Qualcomm, he was an Engineering Manager for AT&T Mobility in Manhattan, NY, where he was responsible for network planning and optimization of all cellular technologies. He also worked for Ericsson in Brazil as a Senior RF Engineer.
Fernando holds a bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering with the Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP) and an MBA in Information Technology with Fundacao Getulio Vargas.
